Your wellness work is taking its toll on you... even if you don't see it.
The ICIB measures the invisible burden you carry day by day: emotional, administrative, physical, cognitive. Find out if you are at risk of burnout and how to reduce it.
This questionnaire is not just another form: it is the mirror where you will see, without filters, the invisible burden you are carrying as a wellness professional.
We measure the impact of your work in 9 dimensions: the emotional, the organisational, the somatic, the community, the economic, the technological… and all those layers that are never mentioned or appear on Instagram but weigh just as much.
Do not experience it as an exam, but as an intimate conversation between professionals who understand what it means to hold what is not seen.
The more truth you put here, the more clarity you will gain afterwards. There are 11 steps and it will take you 7 minutes.
What is the ICIB?
The ICIB (Invisible Load Index of Wellbeing) is a tool that measures the invisible effort made by those who accompany, care for, and transform lives.
It's not just about the sessions, workshops, or courses you deliver, but everything that happens before, after, and around them:
- Reservations, charges, out-of-hours messages
- Mental preparation, planning, schedule adjustments
- Physical fatigue, recurring pain, constant availability
- Emotional exhaustion from holding others' stories
Why does it matter? Because between a third and half of wellness professionals already exhibit high levels of invisible burden, and many of them are already considering leaving their profession.
Emotional
To hold stories, discomforts, expectations.
Administrative
Reservations, payments, WhatsApp, coordination.
Cognitive
Prepare sessions, classes, workshops, think of proposals and set prices.
“Between a third and half of the people working in wellbeing carry a high invisible burden, which puts them at risk of emotional and physical exhaustion.”
By dimensions:
“Up to 75% of professionals spend more than 10–18 hours a week on invisible tasks.”
Mental health
Between 40 and 55% feel that their work is taking an emotional toll on them.
Between 35 and 50% report constant physical fatigue.
Intention to go out
Between 25% and 40% have considered reducing their activity, changing profession, or stopping due to exhaustion.
